This small application will create your ISO from the folder you select, picking up any subfolders as well.

Its simplicity is noteworthy, as all you have to do is open the application, select the folder you want to make an ISO of, and choose where you want this new ISO file to be located, which has to be a different location from the folder you are copying it from. Folder2Iso will do the rest.
